An indie mobile online card game built by one programmer and one designer. I owned everything that wasn't code — direction, design, art, animation, interface, economy and sound.
Poker Ninja reframes Texas Hold'em inside a ninja-house world: the same familiar hand rankings, wrapped in a progression and collection layer that gives casual players a reason to come back between rounds.
Because the team was two people, the project forced me to work far outside pure illustration. I designed the core loop and the meta systems, drew every card back and avatar, built the interface, animated the game feel, planned the monetisation hooks and daily-mission cadence, and sourced and edited the sound.
It is the clearest example of how I work: I take the whole visual and experiential surface of a product and make it coherent, instead of handing off a folder of assets.
